Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase; they must be in the original package and undamaged and must be accompanied by a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) from IP Products. Damaged goods will not be accepted. All returns must be inspected by IP Products prior to issuing a refund. Return shipments are paid by the customer. Any and all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please note all returns (including delivery failures) can take up to one week to be processed.
