An emergency services provider based in Alamance County wanted to buy local.

SITUATION

This non-profit organization was buying supplies from outside of the county. The customer’s buying criteria consisted of price, delivery and service- in that order. Funding was not always consistent therefore placing budgeted items in jeopardy. Stabilizing expenses and placing trust in a local partner was important.

SOLUTION

We were able to offer budget relief in the form of lower item level pricing in exchange for larger orders. We were also able to offer quick local delivery and the option for the customer to pick up at our Warehouse Store. This, along with the comfort of local sales and service was also a benefit.
